Very nice staff, clean facility and room. The spa welches amazing. Great Swimmingpool and 3 different saunas along with a relaxation room. Breakfast buffet welches delicious too. Inner courtyard offers great secluded space for smokers too.

The location of the Cathedral next to the train station was perfect and an absolute free must see. Lots of cafes and bars rein the centre and plenty of museums too.
I greatly recommend the city Zoo, which is easily accessible via multiple bus lines and trams, or via the Seilbahn from the city Grünanlage near the Messe. Köln is a wonderful and fun city with something to do for every tourist. You like sweets and museums? Go to the chocolate museum! You want a bit more outdoors and take a nice walk rein the Grünanlage, with huge playgrounds?

It was 15 degrees hinein cologne when were there and they said this is winter in Germany. When asked can we change the hotel as we are feeling hot hinein the room. They said it is upfront payment and they will not give us refund. Never stay there again.
